Policies

Payment and deposits

• Every package starts with a 50% deposit. Design work begins when it lands, and your turnaround clock starts at the same time.
• Add-ons (Rush, Premium revisions, Source files + drafts) are paid in full with the deposit.
• When your design is done, I message you. You pay the remaining 50%, then I send your files.
• Social profile setups and other small jobs are paid in full up front.
• Payments run through Stripe. I never see or store your card details. Invoices are due on receipt unless the invoice says otherwise.

Timelines

• Logo: 2 weeks. With Rush: 1 week.
• Brand Kit and Brand + Site: 2 to 4 weeks. With Rush: 1 to 2 weeks.

Send your details (business name, what you sell, colors, style and examples) as soon as you pay. Timelines assume you reply to drafts within 3 business days. The clock pauses while I'm waiting on you and starts again when you reply.

If I don't hear from you for 30 days after sending your designs, the project is considered complete and the deposit is kept.

Revisions

What's included

One revision round is included. Premium revisions give you 3 rounds.

What a round is

One consolidated list of changes to the design you picked, sent together, not one change at a time.

What counts as new work

A change of direction after you've picked a design, like a new concept, a new business name or a different style from the brief, is new work. I'll quote it separately before starting.

Refunds

• The deposit: non-refundable. It pays for design time, and work starts the moment it lands.
• After drafts are delivered: no refunds. Instead, I keep working through your revision rounds until it's right.
• If I can't deliver what we agreed: I refund what you paid.

If something isn't working, tell me before you ask for a refund. Most problems are one revision round away from solved.

Files and ownership

• Every logo comes in 3 versions: a main black-and-white version, a color version, and a white version for dark backgrounds. Brand Kits add colors, fonts, social media templates and a flyer. Brand + Site adds a one-page website.
• Final files are sent within 5 business days of your balance being paid, usually the same day.
• Once the balance is paid, you own your final design and can use it anywhere, for anything.
• Drafts and concepts you didn't choose stay mine unless you bought Source files + drafts.
• You confirm you have the rights to any logos, photos, fonts or text you send me to use.
• I may show finished work in my portfolio and on social media. Tell me in writing before the project ends if you'd rather I didn't, and I won't.
